Abena is a competent leader and manager. She advocates for person-centered care and strives to provide high-quality care services. A person who radiates confidence, is outgoing, and who readily gets along with others. As the Registered Manager, this characteristic is essential since she is responsible for conducting in-home assessments to examine your various needs in order to guarantee that the carer and you are a good match for one another. With over 21 years of experience in the care industry, she has established a strong ability to communicate with clients as well as strong communication skills with stakeholders, which has resulted in the development of strong, effective working abilities.

When it comes to developing and delivering customised care plans, Abena is a strong advocate for the use of a person-centered strategy that promotes positive health outcomes while also fostering the independence of clients. Mary Aguirre is a capable Registered Manager with deep roots in the Health and Social Care sectors. She is familiar with regulatory statutes governing the provision of health and social care, which explains her willingness to care for vulnerable people.

She has a broad knowledge base, which benefits Home Comfort Healthcare as a whole. Health and safety, infection prevention and control, safeguarding, active support awareness, and mental health awareness are among her areas of expertise.

For a little more than a decade, Mary has worked in the Health and Social Sector. Mary worked as a Care Assistant between the years of 2011 and 2013. She rose through the ranks by taking on the role of support worker from 2013 to 2020.

Mrs. Aguirre’s managerial experience began in 2021, when she was appointed Assistant Manager. This experience was critical for Home Comfort Healthcare because it improved her ability to manage the organisation in accordance with Care Quality Commission regulations.

As a person, she possesses valuable skills that benefit Home Comfort Healthcare. These include communication abilities, time management abilities, and multitasking abilities. She is also DBS-checked and thus serves as an example to all caregivers.

Deborah Anyakun

Deborah Anyakun is a hardworking and trustworthy individual with a diverse set of skills that are essential for her managerial position. She collaborates with Mary Mukisa Aguirre to lead Home Comfort Healthcare in providing quality health and social care services.

Ms Anyakun also works as a caregiver at Home Comfort Healthcare. The position of support worker is not a new one for her; she held a similar position from 2017 to 2021. Her primary responsibility was to assist and care for individuals in need of assistance with daily tasks, as well as to improve their lives by attending to their specific needs.

Her previous experience as a customer service representative strengthens her managerial role. She was tasked with providing high-quality care to all clients, just as she was with Home Comfort Healthcare.
